Canadian Baseball History Conference 2025
The 8th annual Canadian Baseball History Conference will be held in St. Marys, the home of the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame, in the fall of 2025. Join us for a weekend of research presentations and discussion on any and all aspects of the history of baseball in Canada.

Saturday, November 1st and Sunday, November 2nd, 2025.
Where
The Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, 386 Church St. South, St. Marys, Ontario. The Museum and its extensive Reference Library will be open to all attendees throughout the weekend.

Registration is now closed, as we have reached our venue’s capacity. We do have occasional cancellations, so please contact mavrix247@gmail.com if you’d like to be placed on the waiting list.

Accommodation and Meals

The Inn is once again offering a private dinner for Conference attendees on the Saturday night, November 1st. This dinner is an optional add-on to the Conference, and is not included in the Conference registration. Dinner attendance is not restricted to Conference attendees, however, as guests are welcome. Here is the menu:
Appetizer: Baby Spinach Salad (strawberries, roasted walnuts, crumpled goat cheese, red onion with balsamic glaze)
Entree: Grilled Canadian Grade A Striploin (black angus beef, mini roasted potatoes, chimichurri)
OR Seared Arctic Char (lemon horseradish, sour cream, basmati rice)
Dessert: Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake (topped with Inn-made vanilla ice cream)
Coffee/Tea
Dinner cost is $70 + HST + Gratuity per person. To register for the optional dinner, please send an E-transfer for the full amount ($94.92) to mavrix247@gmail.com. Remember to indicate your choice of entree (steak or char). Please note that the Westover Inn dining room has a capacity of 40 people, so that dinner reservations will be cut off at that number.
